Accessing and using information on our web site

All information on this web site can be accessed anonymously without registration or login.

We currently only use cookies to maintain anonymous “session information” which we use to pass information from page to page.

We also maintain logs of web site access which include things like the browsers that site visitors are using, the pages they have been visited and when. This information can help us understand how our web site is being used. No personal information is recorded in these logs.

All content on this web site is copyright of the school. It must not be copied or reproduced without our express permission in writing from the headteacher.

The school is not responsible for content of external websites, even if we provide links to those sites.

Protecting pupils’ identities

We will not associate a photograph of a pupil with their name.

We may publish childrens’ names on the site and we may publish photographs containing their image, but it will never be possible to identify a child’s name from the photograph.

We operate an “opt out” policy for any parent or guardian who does not wish their children’s image to appear on the web site. Parents wishing to opt out must confirm this in writing to the headteacher.
