Network Availability

Guaranteed access to the school network is available between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

Access outside of these times is still available, however due to data backup plans and potential maintenance, this cannot be guaranteed between 8pm and 8am or at weekends.

IT support is available onsite between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Service Interruptions due to faults
Details of any service interruption due to faults is circulated by the most appropriate means. Look at the KEGS IT homepage to see if any News Items are posted in the News box.  We will update the News Item as further information comes to light.  If you have had the News Item web page open for a while you may wish to press Ctrl+F5 (force refresh) to see the latest updates.
