We’ve been working hard getting a new build of our Remote Access Solution ready over the summer.  The new version brings a number of long-awaited features to the remote access platform, which includes:

• Drag-and-drop to upload files
• New multi-window user interface
• Better support for large files
• Move, Rename and Delete (if allowed by your profile).
• Built-in preview tools for images
• New mobile and tablet user interface.

The official release is slated for Thursday 1st October 2015, however an Early Access scheme is available for staff.  To join the early access scheme, please email the Helpdesk requesting access to the new system.

The old system will still be available until early December when we finally transition everyone to the new system.
