
Update at 14:50: Email is now flowing normally and the backlog is clearing. We will continue to monitor performance on the Exchange platform for the next 24 hours.
We are currently migrating our email platform onto newer, more reliable hardware to improve stability and resiliance.
During this time mailboxes remain accessible via the usual methods, however inbound and outbound email may be temporarily delayed by up to 24 hours. No email will have been lost in this process and any email that was not able to be delivered during the migration will be retried.
This follows an emergency acceleration of the migration process subsequent to an air conditioning failure on Wednesday night.
