Update 16th December 1023: The configuration of our update deployment system has been changed to prevent a repeat of this behaviour.
Update at 1047: We have identified this as a result of software updates not being distributed correctly inside the school which has led to updates being downloaded directly from Microsoft. We are working to resolve this issue.
Update at 1016: We have identified this as a congested link which appears to be being caused by a high volume of traffic being downloaded into the school. We are currently identifying the source of this traffic.
We are aware of an issue affecting internet access this morning since 09:36. The issue has been identified as an issue with our upstream internet provider and we are working with them to provide a resolution.
We do not currently have an estimated time to resolve.
