We currently have no outbound internet access.  This is due to a fault by our broadband suppliers (Updata) who provide a large number of schools in Essex with broadband services through Essex County Council.  The issue first occurred at approximately 08:30 this morning and affects all schools using Updata’s services.

We are actively working to chase Updata for an estimated resolution time but no timescales have been made available at this point, either for an estimated resolution time or for a complete fix.
